Well lets take a look at what's on offer - can it lead you on the path to a flat mid section.

The book, like most others, comes with a swathe of bonuses, 12 which I won't list here as the details would take up another 2 pages..some of these extras are particularly the 'Empowered Nutrition' listing five 84 Day Healthy Mass Meal Plans and the 'No Nonsense Muscle Building DVD' showing Vince working up a heck of a sweat taking you through the entire program step-by-step.

The main program is a very comprehensive 215 page ebook with details on bodybuilding myths, mistakes to avoid, how to build muscle and accelerate recovery times. Fat burning secrets a section on eating and nutrition and how to maximise hormonal response for mmaximum muscle growth and fat loss.

Its all well laid out and easy to understand. There are many unconventional ideas along with information on what to eat, when to eat it and how much.

Vince claims he can get you a six pack averaging only 3 hours of weight training per week, performing only 2-4 unique muscle crunching sets, training each muscle only 2 times every 5 days and all in less than 6 months! Well I'm still working on it but the advice seems right enough.

Vince is not only a walking billboard for his techniques, but he is also able to convey his practical knowledge in a way that is easy to implement.
Bottom line: Vince makes building muscle as simple and efficient as possible for anyone at any age!

The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary
One of the biggest selling 6 pack ebooks available.

According to Mike's sales pitch "You Too Can Discover a Unique Method to FINALLY hack Off Your Ugly Belly Fat and Carve Out Ripped 6-Pack Abs"

Well this looked like the sort of thing I was looking for so I got my wallet out and parted with a not unreasonable $39.95 - apparantly worth over $200.00 - possibly a bit of marketing hype!

The download was straight forward and the package did include quite a few 'bonus' extras - including:

Like most 6 pack web sites the sales pitch is quite hyped but does give a good indication of what needs to be done to gain those mythical six pack abs.

Mike is a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist and has had many articles published in well known health and fitness magazines - this gives his tuition added weight. He also offers a 100% unconditional money back guarantee if you do not successfully lose stomach fat or get improved abdominals in 60 days - Well that seemed a safe bet - 60 days is long enough for a fair trial.

The thing I liked most about this package was that as well as clearly illustrated exercises and weight lifting moves with easy to follow photos, Mike has included full nutrition and diet information - not just a brief summary but an accurate diet to follow.

I am a busy man, and although I want as good a body as I can get (even if it is a few years late) I also have a life to lead. I don't really want to spen 2 hours everyday down at the gym. Mike says that 30-45 minutes workouts 2-3 times a week will do the job which is OK by me.

Don't expect to read through this lot in half an hour - there's a lot to get through but it is all very informative and eye opening. If you really want that 6 pack or flat stomach look this is a very comprehensive program.

Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne

Turbulence Training promises fast fat loss results for men and women who don't have a lot of time for exercise. This is a bold promise, and the workouts promise maximum results in only three workouts per week.

Craig Ballantyne has appeared in Men's Health and Men's Fitness, and even in Oxygen and Shape magazines. There’s no doubt that he’s a trusted fitness expert. Craig's experience actually goes back to the mid-nineties, in both the gym and in the research lab. Craig's articles are always pretty hard on traditional aerobic cardio workouts. So if you're looking for new ways to spend 30 or 60-minutes doing cardio, then this program is not for you. But if you only have 45 minutes to workout, a couple of times per week, and you have access to only a bench, dumbells, and an exercise ball, then you'll like what Craig has for you here.

"What is Turbulence Training?" I hear you ask. Well according to Craig, its the combination of resistance training and interval training used to boost your metabolism so that your body burns calories and fat between workouts. For fat loss and fitness its number 1 – for concentrating solely on your six pack I would probably try Mike Geary’s Truth About Abs or Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Musclebuilding .
A combination of one of the above with Craig’s program will get you ready for anything!
